These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and dbje ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at dbje.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any promotional features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, placing a wager, or making a deposit on the dbje platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the dbje platform and should close your account immediately.

This Agreement is supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding terms under which dbje operates. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and those supplementary documents, this Agreement shall prevail.

Access to and use of the dbje platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, legal entity, or third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by dbje for breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of dbje, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

dbje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe specified by dbje, account access may be restricted or terminated and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on the dbje platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dbje reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all outstanding bets, and permanently retain any balance or bonus funds.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. dbje accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. dbje will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to notify dbje immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

dbje reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where it suspects a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct considered detrimental to the integrity of the platform.

All financial transactions on the dbje platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. dbje may at its discretion add or remove supported payment methods at any time, subject to notification to players via the platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your dbje account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. dbje accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes set out on the platform's banking page. All withdrawals will be paid to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise approved in writing by dbje's finance team. dbje reserves the right to request additional identity and payment verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

Currency and Conversion: The dbje platform operates exclusively in BDT. No currency conversion service is provided. If your payment wallet holds a balance in a currency other than BDT, any conversion costs are borne entirely by you.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts that have recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. dbje reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳100 to inactive accounts, provided that the account balance permits. Players will be notified before such fees are applied. The account balance will not be reduced below zero.

From time to time, dbje may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all promotional activity on the dbje platform:

• Players are entitled to participate in one welcome bonus per account. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and all associated funds forfeited.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer games, certain slot titles) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards fulfilling wagering requirements, as detailed in individual promotion terms.
• dbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to coordinated betting with other accounts, arbitrage wagering, or exploiting software errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

dbje's interpretation of the bonus terms in any disputed case is final and binding.

All sports bets placed on dbje are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed. In addition, the following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is not confirmed until a unique bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for that market.
• dbje reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that have been opened or priced in error. Obvious pricing errors will be corrected and affected bets voided, with stakes returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as stated on the platform.
• dbje reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict access to certain markets for any player at its sole discretion, including for professional or syndicated bettors.
• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, or in connection with a prohibited activity as defined in Section 8, will be declared void and the associated account suspended.

For cricket betting specifically — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers Test and ODI matches — official ICC and governing body match results will be used for settlement purposes. Results declared by dbje's official data providers are final in the event of any discrepancy.

All casino games available on the dbje platform — including live dealer games, slots, crash games, and table games — are provided by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Money laundering: Using dbje to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal or criminal activity.
• Fraud: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, or making unauthorised use of another person's account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, using systematic strategies designed exclusively to convert bonus funds, or otherwise exploiting the promotion system.
• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated tool to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from dbje.
• Hacking or tampering: Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the dbje platform, its servers, databases, or any connected system.
• Underage gambling: Registering or placing bets while under the age of 21, or facilitating underage gambling in any way.

dbje employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, dbje may freeze account balances, request additional documentation, and cooperate fully with regulatory or law enforcement investigations.

Any unauthorised reproduction, scraping, crawling, framing, or commercial use of dbje content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

dbje's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits dbje's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

dbje collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at dbje.io/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dbje will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data may be shared with payment processing partners, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the platform.

All data transmitted between your device and the dbje platform is protected by SSL encryption. dbje employs industry-standard security measures to safeguard stored personal and financial data against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course, provided that no outstanding verification requirements exist. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

dbje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it determines, acting reasonably, that:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• A player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the platform.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of the dbje platform.

In the event of termination for cause, dbje reserves the right to retain account balances and void outstanding bets where they are connected to the breach that gave rise to termination.

dbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dbje will publish the updated Terms and Conditions at dbje.io/terms-conditions and, where practicable, notify registered players via the platform or by email.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the dbje platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through dbje's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable to online gaming disputes in the relevant jurisdiction.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with local laws applicable in their place of residence. dbje makes no representation that the services are appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than those it operates in.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
